ill fill you in more when the time comes closer...i was thinking of making a "Show" class for each MY span (ie GC, 02-03, 04-05, 06-07, 08-09, and Other (Forester & Legacy)) and the having a "Go" class for all years and models. that way those that invested in just go fast parts & fabrication such as RSKing and Nosmo, can have the ability to get some recognition...

any ideas you have are welcome scott. id like to have atleast 3-4 judges though. 2 classes per judge and not have 2 judges doing the same class...that way we cant get two different scoring styles in the same class. more fair that way

we will take a look at the cars that come in and decide who judges what class at that point...the other new rule is that your car can be in the show if you are a judge, you just cant judge your own class |

if your car isnt in the show then thats fine lance, but if your car is in the show you cant judge your class...the 2 judges per class last year caused issues so we arent doing that this year...no exceptions

why not have more than 2 judges judge each class and then review the results and come to a conclusion. it'll turn out better that way imo |

the more judges per class the more unfair it will be...we want all cars to be judged on the same playing field, therefore one judge per class...if i or dave feel a person cant judge fairly they wont judge, thats all there is too it...this isnt some professional show lance, we arent going to get outside people...its our show so we will judge it. we are just trying to make the playing field as level as possible. the only way 2 judges per class would be totally fair is if both judges were to score every car, and the scores were then averaged, but even then you couldnt judge your own class |

i understand that, and i was saying why getting judges from outside of flat4 just wouldnt be the right thing to do in this case. didnt mean for it to come off as hostile. we arent going to have a whole lot of cars from outside the club so it would make more sense to have our own people judging. |

yup, i think our club should judge it too. most of the judges picked already seem like they wont hold favorites.
btw... is there going to be side categories like best paint, most decals, most jdm-ish?

how you gonna leave my name out of this thread. judging, trophies and other details will be worked out a sema planning meet tba when we get subiefest over with. I didnt like how it went down last year too much either so things will be changed.
